The Mijn zorg-app allows you to independently manage all aspects of your health insurance with a.s.r.

Upon activation of the Mijn zorg-app, you gain immediate access to:

• Your insurance(s)
• Your healthcare costs and reimbursements
• The status of your own risk
• Paid and outstanding bills
• Digital correspondence

Additionally, the Mijn zorg-app enables you to easily:

• Declare healthcare costs by taking a photo of the bill or uploading the digital invoice within the app
• Settle outstanding invoices using iDEAL
• Update your insurance or personal information

Health Card

With the Mijn zorg-app, you have your digital health card with you at all times, even without an internet connection!

App Activation

Activate the app by logging in once with DigiD. Then, choose how you prefer to log in going forward; for example, with a pin code or fingerprint.
